Industry know how-
Knowledge of various commodities to understand trends in the market like, Paints, NVH, Adhesives, Sealant etc.
Basic knowledge of Paints, technical background of Panits will also do.
Paint, NVH &
Sealant supplier industry, mfg. processes
Industry study, Product study, Technologies and Trends, Spend analysis, Design and cost drivers, M&M; Business needs, Strategy Options, Strategy recommendations and approval
Cost Management –
Knowledge of Paint, chemicals &
NVH formulations and technical details about the same
Negotiation, alternate sourcing, localization, VAVE
Capacity Management - Detailed capacity analysis, Gap analysis and action planning and effective execution
Supplier Management -Onsite supplier assessments, identification of Gaps, action planning and monitoring,



Lead Discussion and Negotiations
Adherence to Statutory requirement for Audit
Legal knowledge is added advantage

B.Tech - Paint Technology, or Chemicals Engineering or equivalent degree.
