Position: Business Development Executive – Online Bidder

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000/month

Experience: 1–3 Years

Work Mode: Full time, Work from Office

Working Hours: 11 AM–8 PM, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and PeoplePerHour (PPH).
Prepare customized proposals and generate qualified leads.
Communicate with clients, negotiate project terms, and follow up on prospects.
Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and project requirements.
Track bids, leads, conversions, and monthly targets.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Upwork and PeoplePerHour (PPH) is mandatory .
Experience in online bidding, IT sales, or business development.
Solid proposal writing, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Understanding of IT/software development services preferred.
Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.
