Shift: Rotational shifts
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
What We’re Looking For
Solid proficiency in written and spoken Japanese (N2 level).
Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic understanding of the e-commerce and hospitality industries.
Ability to manage customer queries, booking-related requests, and complaints professionally.
A customer-centric approach with solid problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
