Job Title: Delivery Head

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of Azure data engineering projects from inception to completion.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project scope and deliverables.
Ensure quality control and best practices in data engineering processes.
Support the team in the design, development, and implementation of data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Azure technologies.

Skills and Tools Required:




Extensive experience in data engineering and project management, ideally with a focus on Azure.
Solid proficiency with Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Database.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Scala.
Knowledge of big data technologies and data modeling techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project management tools experience (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello).
Relevant certifications in Azure Data Engineering or Project Management would be a plus.
