Role

You run a team that manages about 20 D2C brands (fashion and wellness) on Meta ads. You are every founder’s single point of contact, and you lead a Media Buyer, a Creative Strategist and an Editor. You’re judged on each brand’s revenue, ROAS and retention, not on how happy the client sounds. You report to the Co-founder & COO. You need 2–6 years of D2C or e-commerce experience running Meta ads.

Day-to-day responsibilities
Run the daily morning check-in and assign work with a goal, an owner and a deadline
Handle all founder communication: updates, bad news and saying no
Review briefs and creatives before anything goes live
Make budget and scaling calls with the Media Buyer, and find out why ROAS dropped before asking for recent creatives or more budget
Track how many creatives are briefed, built and launched, and fix wherever work gets stuck
Review each brand’s numbers weekly and agree the next week’s plan with its founder
Score each pod member with numbers every Saturday and post the weekly goals (OKRs)
Get each newly signed brand live within 48 hours, with access, tracking and the pod brief done

CTC, timings, location
Pay: ₹60,000–1,00,000 a month fixed, plus a 10% client-retention incentive and a bonus per client testimonial
Hours: 10 AM–6 PM, 6 days a week
