– Customer Support & Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Customer Support

Location: Mahape MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails.
Generate leads, follow up on quotations, and convert inquiries into sales.
Explain Scantech Laser products, including laser marking, cutting, welding, and cleaning systems.
Coordinate with technical and service teams to resolve customer complaints.
Prepare quotations, maintain customer records, and update CRM/ERP systems.
Coordinate order processing, delivery updates, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain customer relationships and identify repeat business prospects.
Prepare sales reports and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Qualifications & Skills




Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM/ERP systems.
Experience in industrial sales or customer support is preferred.

Key Competencies Customer relationship management, sales coordination, problem-solving, lead generation, and effective communication.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
