Job Title: Digital Marketing Team Manager

About UsWe are a fast-growing wholesale company supplying mobile and IT accessories to retailers across Bahrain and Dubai. We are building a robust in-house marketing team and need an experienced leader to run it.

Responsibilities
Lead, train, and manage a team of digital marketers, graphic designers, video editors, and social media executives
Build the overall digital marketing strategy and monthly/quarterly plans
Set targets (KPIs) for the team and review performance regularly
Oversee paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, and B2B lead generation
Manage brand identity, product catalogues, website, and social media content calendar
Manage marketing budget, ad spend, and ROI




Work with the sales and branch teams to convert leads into wholesale customers
Give weekly and monthly reports to management
Hire and onboard new team members when needed

Requirements
5+ years of digital marketing experience, including 2+ years leading a team
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, and email/WhatsApp marketing
Experience in B2B, wholesale, retail, or electronics/accessories is preferred
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a plus)
Gulf market experience preferred

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
