We are hiring for the role of Call Center Associate. This will be a in office role based at Gurgaon.

Education : Any Graduate

Languages : Comfortable speaking in Hindi & English

Knowledge of Bengali will be added advantage , but not mandatory

Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from patients regarding appointments and queries.
Make outbound follow-up calls to patients.
Help patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and basic information.
Understand patient requirements and provide the right assistance.
Maintain basic call details and follow the defined process.
Coordinate with the relevant internal teams whenever required.

Requirements
Candidates with min 6 months to 3 years of experience in customer support, customer care will be preferred
Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
Positive listening skills and a polite, patient attitude.
Comfortable working in versatile shifts with 6 days working and rotational week off.
