We are hiring for the role of Tele-callers for ASG Eye Hospital. This will be a in office role based at Gurgaon.

Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from patients regarding appointments and queries.
Make outbound follow-up calls to patients.
Help patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and basic information.
Understand patient requirements and provide the right assistance.
Maintain basic call details and follow the defined process.
Coordinate with the relevant internal teams whenever required.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in Hindi / English
Bengali speaking will be added advantage
Candidates with min 6 months to 3 years of experience in handling inbound and outbound calls will be preferred.
Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
Good listening skills and a polite, patient attitude.
Comfortable working in versatile shifts & 6 days working with rotational off

Education: Graduation is must

Candidates residing in and around Gurgaon will be preferred.
