Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Design and Development: Develop detailed electrical designs and specifications, and oversee the creation of technical drawings and documentation.
Coordination: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
Site Supervision: Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and national electrical codes and standards.
Reporting:



Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve project delivery.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.), and familiarity with project management tools.
Knowledge: Robust understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.
Certifications: Electrical Supervisor, PMP certification

Skills:

Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
