Roles and Responsibilities :
Deliver high-quality commercial loan servicing services for both bilateral and syndicated facilities.
Resolve exceptions, support second-level checks, and protect transaction, cash, and data integrity.
Guide junior analysts and provide mentorship to enhance their skills.
Work independently to achieve primary objectives and contribute to business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements :
Preferably have experience in loan servicing, loan operations, loan syndication, Loaniq, commercial lending, or commercial loans.
Possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team workplace.
Exhibit robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using various tools and technologies is required.
