We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive. The selected candidates will assist international customers, respond to their queries, resolve service-related issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through voice calls, emails, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Resolve customer complaints professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Follow company policies, service quality guidelines, and performance standards.
Maintain qualified communication and build positive customer relationships.
Achieve assigned targets related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.




Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and active listening abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
