Translate complex business requirements into transparent messaging that enhances customer understanding and reduces queries

Quality Control &
Governance
Oversee proofreading, template version control and communication approvals.
Ensure communication adheres to audit standards, compliance guidelines and internal SOPs.
Drive process improvements to minimize errors, streamline workflows and enhance quality.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with crossfunctional teams (Operations, Claims,



Persistency, Marketing, BI, etc.) to understand requirements and deliver timely, relevant communication.
Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand outputs.

Leadership &
Stakeholder Management
Mentor and guide the Associate Manager / Executives in the team, ensuring solid performance and skill development.
Manage workloads, prioritize deliverables, track progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
Independently handle escalations, challenging communication requests and audit observations.

Innovation &
Content Enhancement
Introduce communication best practices, contemporary writing styles and customer-centric improvements.
Audit existing communication journeys, identify gaps and propose strategic enhancements.
Lead special communication initiatives and thematic campaigns that improve customer experience and business outcomes.
