Customer Support Executive (Telecalling)

Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on property-related enquiries and marketing leads.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information about projects, plots, pricing, and site visits.
Explain project details, offers, location, amenities, and other property-related information to interested customers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status in the company database.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly to improve lead conversion.
Handle customer questions professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
Support the team in achieving daily calling and customer follow-up targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Any graduate or undergraduate with good communication skills can apply.




Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, customer support, or real estate is an added advantage.
Valuable verbal communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to communicate confidently over the phone and follow up with leads.
