Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inbound and outbound calls.
Follow up with customers and leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products.
Handle sales enquiries and support lead conversion.
Provide customer support and resolve basic queries.
Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
