We are looking for Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries and provide effective support through voice calls, email, and chat. Candidates should have positive communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a willingness to work in an international workplace.

Freshers and experienced candidates from any degree background are welcome to apply if they meet the language requirements.

Eligibility CriteriaSet 1
Must know Tamil and English.
No additional language is required.

Set 2:
English is mandatory.
Must know at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada.
Must know one additional regional language as the third language.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice calls, email, and chat support.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain a positive customer experience through effective communication.
Record customer interactions and update information in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
