Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. In this role you will talk to customers, answer their questions, and help them choose the right products. This is a good first job for someone who enjoys talking to people. We will teach you our products and the sales process, so you only need a positive attitude and the willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls and follow up with potential customers
Attend inbound customer calls and share product information
Answer customer queries on WhatsApp and chat platforms
Follow up with customers by phone and email
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Keep clear records of customer interactions, leads and follow-ups
Work with internal teams on order processing and customer requirements
Learn our products and explain their features and advantages simply
Support day-to-day sales and customer service activities
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply
Good communication skills in English and Tamil
Basic computer knowledge
Valuable follow-up and convincing skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp/chat and emails
Immediate joiners preferred
