We are hiring for Customer Care Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: Freshers / 1+ Year
Languages: Kannada proficiency preferred; Hindi and Tamil are added advantages.
Salary: Up to 3 Lakhs Per Annum
Job Responsibilities
Assist existing ERP customers via phone, WhatsApp, and remote support.
Resolve customer queries and guide them on software usage.
Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
Follow up with customers and maintain support records.
Basic computer knowledge
Basic English communication
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
No programming knowledge required; product training will be provided.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
Language
Kannada Hindi and Tamil are added advantages. (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
