Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Finance Functional Consultant with solid accounting and financial reconciliation knowledge. The candidate must have completed at least 2 end-to-end ERP implementations, primarily focused on Finance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end implementation of Business Central / NAV Finance modules.
Perform financial balance reconciliation and verify opening and closing balances.
Reconcile General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Accounts, and Trial Balance.
Work closely with Chartered Accountants, Finance Managers, and Finance Executives.
Validate financial data migration and financial statements.
Configure and support General Ledger, GST, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
Conduct finance-related testing,



UAT, and user training.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
Understand client requirements and provide functional support.
Have working knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Production modules.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Hands-on experience in at least 2 complete ERP implementations.
Practical experience in financial reconciliation and balance verification.
Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Ability to work independently and manage client discussions.

Preferred Candidate: An M.Com-qualified skilled with solid accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
