Handle customer queries through voice calls.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Communicate effectively in English.
Salary
Freshers: 22,000 + 4,000 night shift allowance + incentives
Experienced: 28,000 + 4,000 night shift allowance + incentives
Work Details
Process: Customer Experience (Voice Process)
Shift: US rotational shifts
Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs
Cab Facility: One-way cab available between 8 PM and 8 AM
Age Limit: Up to 36 years
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Vaccination: Two doses mandatory
