Indus Motors is looking for a customer-focused and experienced Customer Care Manager to manage customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure quality service at the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction reports.
Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain customer relationships.
Handle escalated complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Qualifications:
Any degree.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.

Experience:
Experience in customer care or the automobile industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
