About the Role

Join Spice Money, a leading rural fintech company, and help transform Bharat! As a District Sales Manager (DSM), you’ll drive sales and expand our agent network (Adhikaris) — local retailers who deliver banking and digital services in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue in assigned district.
Onboard and activate current Adhikaris (agents).
Support agent productivity and service usage.
Meet monthly sales and expansion targets.
Maintain solid field relationships.
Share local market insights.
Ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s / PG degree (any discipline)

-2–5 years in sales (Fintech, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG preferred)

-Channel sales & territory management experience

-Solid communication & team leadership skills

-Local area knowledge is a must
