Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, acquire clients, and expand our road transportation services. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of road transport logistics, supply chain management, and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and acquire potential clients for road transportation and logistics services.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their transportation and logistics requirements.
Present and promote the company's road transportation services to prospective clients.




Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, client meetings, and market research.
Negotiate rates, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable transport solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, quotations, and contracts.
Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
