Role & responsibilities

This role owns the full lifecycle of client data deliverables, from contract setup through platform configuration, delivery execution, and close-out. Youd be the operational backbone keeping dozens of concurrent workstreams on schedule, working across Client Engagement, Technical Operations, QA, and Business Operations.

Day to day, you will:
Set up and maintain Jira epics and deliverable records (dates, specs, cadence, encryption, delivery location, client contacts)
Configure feeds, scripts, quality checks, and delivery schedules in the delivery platform
Monitor active deliverables daily so the tracking board is accurate
Hand off deliverables cleanly from active state to steady state
Manage renewals and terminations, and make sure no delivery happens past a contract end date
Handle team communications and escalate risks early

It is a hands-on, process-driving role, not a monitor dashboards job. Youll work with many teams that dont report to you,

so influence and accountability matter. The company is in a growth phase and wants someone who builds the operational rigor that lets it scale.

Preferred candidate profile

Must-have (critical):
46 years in operations, delivery, or project management
Advanced Jira skills
Intermediate SQL
Understanding of data delivery pipelines (ETL, scheduling, secure transfer)
Robust attention to detail
Transparent written and verbal communication
Cross-functional execution without positional authority

Strongly preferred:
RWD delivery experience in life sciences or healthcare
Interest in healthcare and technology

Nice to have (not essential):
Azure DevOps, Redshift, or Airflow exposure
Automated data quality frameworks, data dictionaries, codebooks
Confluence documentation experience
