Job Summary

We are looking for a Draftsman with valuable knowledge of AutoCAD, Architectural Drafting, and K-SMART to join our team.

Strong knowledge of K-SMART is an significant requirement for this position. Candidates should have a valuable understanding of architectural drawings, building plans, and drafting standards.

Freshers with relevant skills and knowledge can apply. Candidates with around 3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.

Skills Required

AutoCAD – Good working knowledge

Architectural Drafting

K-SMART – Knowledge of building permit and approval processes

Knowledge of floor plans, elevations, and sections

Ability to read and understand architectural drawings

Knowledge of building rules and regulations

Knowledge of construction drawings

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field
