Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, supervise staff, handle guest concerns, and ensure smooth service delivery throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily hotel operations and staff activities.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams.
Handle guest complaints and special requests.
Monitor check-ins, check-outs, and room availability.
Ensure service quality, cleanliness,



and guest satisfaction.
Prepare shift reports and coordinate shift handovers.
Resolve operational issues and escalate major concerns.
Ensure compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
