Job Summary:

SkyOcean is looking for a motivated Customer Service cum Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, handle freight inquiries, and develop current business opportunities across air, sea, and land freight services.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely shipment updates.
Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Generate sales leads, identify potential customers, and promote freight forwarding services.
Prepare freight quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into business.
Maintain solid customer relationships and resolve service-related issues.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat business.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales; logistics experience preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of air, sea, and land freight operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
