Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to handle student admissions, promote educational programs, and guide prospective students in choosing suitable courses.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with prospective students interested in joining the courses.
Explain course details, duration, fees, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and direct interactions.
Follow up with interested students and support them throughout the admission process.
Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Maintain student enquiry records and admission databases.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the academic and placement teams regarding student requirements.




Assist students with registration, documentation, and fee payment procedures.
Promote courses through social media, referrals, and other marketing activities.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain courses clearly and guide students.
Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Good record-keeping and organisational skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Educational Qualification
Any bachelor's degree.
Freshers can apply.

Salary As per company standards and experience.

Working Hours: 9:00 - 5:00

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
