Act as a single point of contact for ESOP participants for queries related to vesting, exercise, taxation, and sale of shares.
Conduct client meetings, portfolio reviews, and financial advisory sessions.
ESOP Advisory & Execution
Explain ESOP plan features, exercise processes, and related regulatory compliance.
Assist clients in exercising stock options, handling documentation, and coordinating with finance and legal teams.
Provide insights on ESOP financing options and facilitate transactions.
Business Development
Onboard recent corporate accounts and strengthen relationships with HR/Finance teams.
Drive ESOP monetization opportunities through proactive engagement and client education sessions.
Cross-sell relevant wealth management and investment products.
Operations & Compliance
Ensure timely execution of client requests with adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain updated client records, documentation, and MIS reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Product) for smooth client servicing.
