Ensure compliance with all environmental laws, rules, and regulations (Haryana State Pollution Control Board norms, CPCB guidelines, etc.).
Monitor air, water, and noise pollution levels in the plant.
Manage waste management system including hazardous waste, solid waste, and scrap disposal.
Maintain records related to environmental compliance and statutory reporting.
Coordinate with Pollution Control Board for inspections, audits, and renewals.
Ensure proper operation of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).
Conduct environmental risk assessments and suggest corrective actions.
Promote energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
Ensure secure storage and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials.
Conduct environmental awareness training for employees.
Support internal and external environmental audits (ISO 14001 if applicable).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual environmental compliance reports.
Ensure adherence to emergency response procedures for environmental incidents (spill control, leakage, etc.)
