We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the RBL Customer Service Process. Candidates should have positive communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Communicate professionally and follow process guidelines.

Requirements:
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Communication: Versant Level 5
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Off: One rotational week off

Salary:
CTC: Up to ₹27,000
In-Hand Salary: ₹21,500

Work Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Interview: Immediate hiring. Candidates available to join at the earliest are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
