Roles & Responsibilities
Manage enterprise-scale Cisco network infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching settings.
Monitor network health using SolarWinds, NNMi, Cisco Catalyst Center, ThousandEyes, and Nagios.
Perform packet analysis using Wireshark for complex network issues.
Manage IPAM, DNS, and DHCP services through Infoblox.
Diagnose and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance bottlenecks.
Analyze logs and syslog data for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
Develop scripts and automation solutions for operational efficiency.
Create and maintain network documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
