Required Skills:-
Solid hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) / IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
Hands-on experience with Lightwell is mandatory.
Strong understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
Experience supporting EDI transactions such as 850, 810, 856, 997, 940, 945, etc.
Positive knowledge of EDI mapping, translation, and data transformation.
Strong understanding of communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, VAN, etc.
Experience with inbound/outbound envelopes and file transfer processes.
Robust experience in production support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
Basic SQL and Linux/Unix knowledge for troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
