Knowledge:
Experience in a fast-paced corporate setting in the IT or Banking domain
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Skills:
Good understanding of HR operations and compliances
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools
Knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
