Main Goal: Keep the factory running smoothly, safely, and within budget by taking care of the workers.
Bridge Between Management & Workers: Resolves workplace disputes, listens to worker concerns, and maintains good relationships with labor unions to prevent strikes or work shutdowns.
Cost Control: Manages employee schedules, attendance, and overtime to keep labor costs within the plant's budget.
Legal Compliance: Ensures the factory follows all safety, health, and labor laws (working hours, minimum wages, plant safety rules, etc.).
Daily Operations: Handles hiring factory staff, processing payroll, and managing day-to-day discipline on the plant floor.
HR Skills and Qualifications: Any Degree in Human Resources Management.
Min 6-year experience in HR (Ladies Only Prefered)
Highly organized and detail oriented
Effective time-management, direction
Skilled in the art of multitasking
Excels both in independent work and collaboration
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
