CS Articled Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated CS student eligible for practical training under a Practising Company Secretary. The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate law, ROC/MCA compliances, company incorporation, corporate governance, fundraising, FEMA/RBI regulations, and startup advisory.

Key Responsibilites
Assist with company incorporation, SPICe+ filings, MOA/AOA, DIN/DSC, and related documentation.
Draft Board and General Meeting notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes under supervision.
Assist with ROC/MCA filings, including AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DPT-3, PAS-3, DIR-3 KYC, and other applicable forms.
Support annual compliance activities, statutory registers, compliance calendars, and due-date tracking.
Assist with private placements, rights issues, preferential allotments, share transfers, and investor documentation.
Gain exposure to FEMA/RBI compliances, including FC-GPR, FC-TRS, and FLA returns.
Assist with ESOPs,



director changes, capital alterations, registered office changes, and company strike-off procedures.
Conduct research on the Companies Act, MCA notifications, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Prepare compliance checklists and legal notes while coordinating with clients and skilled advisors.

Eligibility & Skills
Should be eligible for practical training under a Practising Company Secretary.
Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Solid interest in corporate law, compliance, drafting, and documentation.
Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
