We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support successful candidate placements.

Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and client hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.




Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up on interview feedback and candidate joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Work towards daily calling and monthly placement targets.
