Position: Head Pulp Mill
Industry: Kraft Paper / Recycled Paper Manufacturing
Experience: 10–15+ years
Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech. in Pulp & Paper Technology, Chemical Engineering, or B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry with relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee pulp mill and stock preparation operations to ensure uninterrupted pulp supply to the paper machine.
Monitor pulp quality, fibre yield, reject percentage, and process efficiency.
Optimise power, water, and chemical consumption.
Coordinate with QC and Maintenance teams to resolve process and equipment issues.
Ensure preventive maintenance, operational safety, and manpower management.
Drive productivity improvement, fibre loss reduction, and cost optimisation.
Required Skills: Pulp mill operations, stock preparation, process control, resource optimisation, troubleshooting, safety management, and team leadership.
