Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: 0–4 years (Retail Sales / Eyewear Category)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: Rotational

Interview Mode: Video Conference (VC)

Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable eyewear products.
Explain product features, pricing, and brand offerings to customers.
Achieve individual and category-wise sales targets.
Complete billing and sales transactions.
Assist customers with product returns, repairs, queries, and complaints.
Maintain stock records, monitor inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain attractive product displays and follow store operating procedures.
Collect customer feedback and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
