Identifyand develop recent business opportunities to expand market share.

Drivegrowth through new product introductions and promotions.

Monitormarket trends, competition, and customer needs to maximize sales prospects.
DistributionManagement

Execute CRM initiatives as per the defined strategy.

Drive secondary and tertiary sales to maximize market reach.

Strengthen the dealer and distributor network for sustainable growth.





Expand and sustain the network in line with the 3I/3R strategy.

Ensure effective territory coverage and market development.
FinancialManagement

Ensure timely collections from customers and distributors.

Monitor receivables and keep overdue payments within company norms.

Maintain financial discipline tosupport territory profitability.
