Industry: Forging / Auto Components

Experience: 10–15 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the complete Heat Treatment Department in a forging plant.
Ensure proper heat treatment processes, including Hardening, Tempering, Normalizing and Annealing.
Maintain required hardness, microstructure and metallurgical properties as per customer specifications.
Handle heat treatment furnaces, process parameters and temperature control.
Implement process improvement, rejection reduction and cost control.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer requirements and quality standards.
Lead the heat treatment team and coordinate with Quality, Production and Maintenance departments.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with relevant experience in a forging or automotive components manufacturing plant. Interested candidates may share their updated CV.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
