Job Roles & Responsibilities
Handle AR Calling activities for Provider Side Healthcare Billing.
Work on both Physician Billing and Hospital Billing accounts.
Analyze and resolve various claim denial scenarios.
Contact insurance companies to check claim status and payment details.
Follow up on denied, rejected, underpaid, and pending claims.
Identify root causes of denials and initiate appropriate corrective actions.




Document account activities accurately and maintain productivity standards.
Escalate complex claim issues when required.
Ensure compliance with client and payer guidelines while performing collections and denial follow-up activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience in Provider Side Healthcare AR Calling.
Mandatory experience in both Physician Billing & Hospital Billing.
Solid knowledge of Denial Management and Resolution.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
