Job Summary

Virtual Oplossing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our Logistics team as Freight Brokers. This is an excellent prospect to build a career in the US logistics industry. You will receive training on freight brokerage operations, carrier management, customer communication, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Learn the freight brokerage process.
Build relationships with shippers and carriers.
Match loads with carriers.
Negotiate freight rates.
Coordinate pickups and deliveries.
Prepare shipping documents including BOLs.
Monitor shipments and resolve issues.
Communicate shipment updates.
Maintain records using freight software and Excel.




Stay updated on market trends and regulations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Freshers welcome.
Basic Microsoft Excel & MS Office knowledge.
Valuable English communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Willingness to work night shifts. Preferred Skills
