Designation: Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Staff

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Carry out routine maintenance and repairs of electrical fittings, plumbing, doors, furniture, and other facility equipment.
Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
Ensure regular inspection of rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and facility infrastructure.
Attend to maintenance complaints raised by residents and staff.
Coordinate with external technicians and service providers when required.
Maintain maintenance records and ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
Follow safety procedures and ensure a clean, protected, and well-maintained setting.





Requirements
Previous experience in maintenance work is preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
Ability to identify and resolve routine maintenance issues.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
Experience in hospitals, senior care facilities, or hotels will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
