Role: Senior xMatters Operations & Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in xMatters administration and solution development.
Solid experience supporting enterprise Incident Management and Major Incident Management programs.
Expertise in xMatters integrations with:
ServiceNow
Microsoft Teams
Email, SMS, Voice, and Push Notifications
REST APIs and workflow automation
Robust understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Major Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Ability to assess existing implementations, identify risks, and recommend scalable operational improvements.
Experience creating SOPs, knowledge articles, technical documentation, and training materials.
Robust communication, stakeholder facilitation, and knowledge-transfer skills.
Ability to implement approved changes, optimize workflows, and improve operational governance.
