Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and employee relations.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.




Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth HR functioning across outlets.
Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

What We Are Looking For:
35 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Hospitality, Restaurant, or Hotel Industry
Robust knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced hospitality setting.
Strong organizational skills and a people-first approach.
