Job summary

We are hiring a junior resource to run hands-on campaign execution on marketing automation platforms such as MoEngage, CleverTap and Netcore. You will build and launch workflows and journeys across email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, voice agents, in office pop-ups and in-app messages, then track results and improve them.

Roles and responsibilities
Execute campaigns on MoEngage, CleverTap, Netcore and similar platforms across email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, voice agents, on-site pop-ups and in-app messages.
Get WhatsApp, SMS and RCS templates registered and approved, following each channel's format and compliance rules.
Create workflows and journey campaigns, from audience setup and triggers to messaging, delays and exit conditions.
Run test sends and quality checks on every campaign before it goes live.
Track campaign and journey reports covering delivery,



engagement, clicks and conversions.
Use the reports to spot drop-offs and improve content, timing and journey logic.

Required skills and experience
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with a marketing automation tool such as MoEngage, CleverTap or Netcore.
Worked on email, WhatsApp, voice agents, SMS, RCS, in office pop-ups and in-app messages.
Has got WhatsApp, SMS and RCS templates registered and approved. Has built workflows and journey campaigns end to end.
Comfortable reading campaign reports and acting on what they show

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
