JKKN Institution is seeking a Hostel Warden/Administrative Officer to manage the hostel and provide administrative support to the Director of Administration. The Hostel Warden/Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring the safety and security of the residents, and ensuring that the hostel meets the needs of its occupants.

Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily activities of the hostel and ensure that it is running smoothly
Ensure that the hostel is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
Oversee the admission and discharge of hostel residents
Ensure that hostel rules and regulations are followed by all residents
Address any issues or complaints raised by hostel residents
Prepare reports and provide updates to the Director of Administration on hostel operations




Manage the hostel budget and ensure that expenses are within the allocated budget
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the hostel
Ensure that the hostel is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Administration.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hostel management or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organizational and management skills
Knowledge of hostel regulations and safety requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
