Primary Skills
Robust knowledge of motor types (BLDC, PMSM, AC Induction, etc.) and control algorithms (FOC, DTC, etc.).
Understanding of current and motor position sensor working principles.
Proficiency in PID tuning for position and speed control.
Experience in inverter topologies and PWM techniques.
Experience in customer requirement analysis and control function development.
Hands-on experience in Matlab/Simulink model development and simulation.

Secondary Skills
Knowledge of Brake Systems and their integration with motor control.
Familiarity with the complete V-Model for ECU development projects.
Exposure to ECU development workplace tools such as Vector, Trace32, and any standard debuggers.
Robust interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
