Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Main responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of Municipal Drawings and Working Drawings while concentrating on the completion of projects within the set time frame.
Assist in working on design and construction details.
Maintain the same level of communication with other Jr. Technicians and other team members.
Undertake day-to-day duties required under ISO standards and MIS systems.
Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally.
Use company resources in a responsible manner.
Understand the importance of time and work efficiently on deadlines and under time pressure.

Essential Competencies:
Valuable drafting skills- thorough in AutoCAD
Experience in assisting on medium/ large scale Projects
Keen attention to detail
Experience working within a team
Eager to learn and develop current skills
Respect for Company virtues such as honesty, punctuality, and sincerity.
Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop & or any 3D modelling tool.
